[Registration] Fwd: Urgent registration issue

Thank you for bringing this up Walda.  This is something that Culture and
Language Access definitely needs to discuss.  We are having some events in
other languages.  We have artists coming from Brazil, Mexico, etc.  I am
reaching out to the Disabilities working group to make sure that ASL is also
included in some of the cultural activities.  We do not have this on the
cultural submission form.  Maybe it should be included.
