<div style>We will be open noon in Saturday, we might have to connect power strips for first few minutes, please help us in this stage.</div><div style>Your project should be set up by 2:45pm. We will make some announcements and make sure everything is in order by 3pm. Eyebeam is open to the public from noon, there may be some visitors during the set up. </div>

<div style><font color="#222222" face="arial, sans-serif"><br></font></div><div style><br></div><div style>Here is a check list. </div><div style>1. <b>Make sure you are coming</b>. If you have not confirmed, please write back. If you can't participate, let us know as soon as possible. </div>
<div style>2. We can't accomodate any more technical request. Please bring your own tech! </div><div style>3. Eyebeam is a public space, there is always danger of theft and damage to your equipment. Make sure your valuables are kept safely, bring a friend to watch your stuff if you want to browse around.  </div>
<div style>4. Organizers (Me, Mark, Mary, Amelia, Gloria, Dan and Jackson) will be introduced at 2:45pm.  Ask us questions and call for help at anytime, but also understand some of us are presenting, documenting and speaking at the panel. </div>
<div style>5. We will have some time for socializing after the panel. but everything and everyone needs to leave Eyebeam by 7:30pm. </div><div style>6. Have some printed material ready to hand out, diagram, project info, your contact, etc will be helpful. You won't be able to explain your project to every visitor, having something to take away will be helpful. </div>
<div style>7. Your desk will be assigned. We might be able to move you if another person agrees switching with you. Organizations will get a private desk and than individual projects will share large tables. Please be flexible with the space and understand we can't accomodate all of your needs and also this is not an exhibition. Also don't bring too much physical objects! bring power point, zines, video, handouts! </div>
<div style>8.  Panel will start at 5pm with a brief presentation by Taeyoon on the venue and the team, their history and mission, and also introduce the panelists. Sarah Resnick can't participate due to unexpected personal event. Stephen and Mary will beging by answering questions from Taeyoon, and then we will walk around the projects, engaging in conversation with participants. We will speak through wireless microphone. </div>
<div style>9. There will be a donation box to support maintaing our website and to plan for next demo-day. Ask your community to support this day by publicizing, sending pizza, contact press, and show up! </div><div style>
10. On the webpage on Eyebeam's site, your name and project title and link to wbesite will be listed by Tuesday after the Demo Day, </div><div style>Please send us <b>press-ready image of your project and participant's bio and updated project description</b> asap. One paragraph description needs to be clear and catchy. We will update <a href="http://demo-day.org">demo-day.org</a> page on projects as soon as we have everyone's information. </div>
<div style>11. This is a social event, for us to meet each other, to help each other, and to plan for collaboration in future. Please help us and each other to make this an enjoyable experience for everyone!  </div><div style>

This public event will culminate with a panel discussion at 5pm with special guest Stephen Duncombe, Associate Professor at the Gallatin School and the Department of Media, Culture and Communications of New York University and co-creator of the School for Creative Activism; Mary Mattingly, Eyebeam Fellow and the creator of  Waterpod; and moderated by Taeyoon Choi, Eyebeam Fellow and member of The Public School New York committee. </p>
