Message-ID: Hello friends -- Thanks as ever for being part of our circle. We are really feeling the power of community as a bulwark against systemic oppression right now, and are grateful to keep building with you all. We wanted to let you know that we are hosting our seventh Navigating Disrupted Operations Community Call next week on the topic of Power Dynamics and Inclusion in Virtual Spaces. Inspired by this brilliant blog post [1] from our dear allies at Aspiration [2], we invited its author Evelyn Arellano to co-design the session with us. We are so grateful she agreed and we are all really excited to make this call as inclusive and participant driven as possible. And as always we will make space for grounding, reflection and connection. Come join us in the co-learning! The call will be on Thursday, July 2nd at 11amPT/2pm ET [3]and you can register to attend at https://ecl.gy/session7 [3]. We will hold this space for 90 minutes, but we welcome everyone to come for as little or as much as they can. To keep the call accessible, we will be capping registration, but will offer it a second (and even third!) time if there is demand. We've been working hard to make these calls spaces of healing, learning and connection even as we cover heavy topics in our lives and work. We know that signing up for yet another online event can feel challenging, but our experience and feedback so far suggests that these kinds of spaces for connecting and sharing are exactly the medicine we all need.
