[Autocrypt] Delta Chat v0.9.0 supporting Autocrypt-level-0 is available on F-Droid

Hi all,

sometimes F-Droid takes more than a week to update an app - but this
time it was really fast, not even 24 hours from the final push to the
fresh apk :-)

Delta Chat v0.9.0 supports Autocrypt-level-0, IIRC, only the detecting
of other active Autocrypt-clients is not supported - but Multiclient
as such is supported, you can transfer the secret key material by a
simple export/import. However, Delta Chat should warn the user
somehow.

the other parts seems to work fine:

- Secret key generation and storage
- Header injection in outbound mail
- Deriving a Parsed Autocrypt Header from a Message
- Internal state storage
- Updating internal state upon message receipt
- Encrypt outbound mail as requested

The default setting for Autocrypt is "On" - Delta Chat wants to targer
the normal folk, not specialists. I fear most of the typical WhatsApp
& Co. user won't change such settings...

I had some Autocrypted Chats with persons I have not contacted before
just now - and it was a great experience to know everything gets
encrypted automagically after the first mail.

implementations of other programs.
