[Autocrypt] autocrypt meeting today 2pm UTC / 4pm CEST / 10AM EDT

The meeting time today conflicts with paid time for me, so I might not be available. Over the last week, two things came up in local discussion that I would like to bring to the group (and ideally find an agreement on):

 - gossip :: we sort of glossed over this aspect before because we had other things to worry about, but after spending some thought on this there actually might be a lot to gain here for relatively little complexity. 
 - preferencrypt :: a setting of yes has more imposing consequences than I had in mind. Others were apparently less surprised by this, but I feel like we haven't really thought this through yet.

I'll try to open issues with more detail on those points to allow for a more inclusive discussion
