Icons and logos are good. But the lock imagery is tired:

What about audience? A hospital or journalist might think of sealed
envelopes or folders. Legal aid clinic, or civil servant might respond
more to red rubber stamp imagery [CONFIDENTIAL].

This itself could be inspiration for imagery. Reminds me of the Lavabit
logo:
