[Autocrypt] Mutt Autocrypt implementation

Hi Everyone,

This past month I've been working on adding Autocrypt 1.1 to Mutt. 
Yesterday, I've merged the work into the master branch and have started 
testing it out.

I don't have setup message support, but I think most of the other things 
should be there.

Some documentation is at

requesting ticket, which contains some implementation discussion, is at 
<https://gitlab.com/muttmua/mutt/issues/28>

As you can see (if you peek at the headers) I've enabled it in my 
client.  However, I'm sure there are plenty of bugs to work through.  If 
any of you would like to exchange Autocrypt enabled emails with me (a 
simple "hello" is perfectly fine), it might help me shake out some of 
the problems.
