Yes - things are moving! Maritza made a great connection with our
workshop at the southwest workers union workshop on the wall on the
mexican/us border (based on the comment about a mental wall existing as
well). We're handing out lot's of flyers and have a meeting at 3:30 pm
with someone who will rent us a projector. We'll still looking for a 60
ft etherent cable to drape out the window (in case the connection in the
rooms don't work).

Yes - thanks Daniel for really pulling in the software details - I'm
sorry i'm not available to help more with the tech! And Mallory and
Alfredo for pulling together the outreach.

Yes - please report back to the list. May First/People Link member Mark
Engler is here with a video crew and he's lobbying hard for them to
cover the workshop on this side. So - any suggestions you have for us
would be greatly appreciated.

And a final important note... Ruben said he had 5 people at his workshop
when it started. By the end, they had 50 people. Our location is much
more central that there location, however, I think we should expect to
start, at the earliest, at 1:15 pm (New York time).

In addition - there is no scheduled breaks before workshops.
Fortunately, there isn't a session before ours, but this morning, when
there wasn't session, the room was locked. So, we may not be able to
count on prep time.

Wahoo! getting close...
