[guardian-dev] Orbot 1.0.4 RC for testing

Hello, everyone - it has been a little while since we've had some
traffic on here from the dev team. I assure you, things are moving along
well.

In particular, Orbot is beginning to mature in a number of ways as an
app, as we work through bugs, tweak the UI, test on different devices
and networks and more. We are about to hand this release over to the Tor
team to make it "official", but would like some more feedback from our
community here first.

So, please, uninstall whichever version of Orbot you have, and try the
build below on for size.

** BTW, coolest new feature of 1.0.4 is support for Tor Hidden Services,
meaning you can now run a server on your Android device, and anyone on
Tor can access it using a .onion address:
