[guardian-dev] Need Android 3.2 tablet testers

I've posted a new dev build of OrwebV2, which is our privacy-enhanced
browser that works directly with Orbot. Until recently, it only worked
on Android 1.x devices, but we were able to crack the nut that enabled
the proxying support to work on Android 2.x up to 3.1.

However, the 0.2.1 release would not work at all with Android 3.2
tablets. I believe I have addressed that issue, though I only have the
emulator to test on. If you have a Galaxy, Asus EEE Transformer, Toshiba
or other 3.2/10" tablet, please test the build below.

1) Install Orbot, connect to Tor, et....

2) Install Orweb and run. The browser should automatically connect to
https://check.torproject.org and show a "congratulations" message.
