[guardian-dev] [guardianproject/Gibberbot] d77a83: adding new libs

All of this new SQLCipher code doesn't require any new build
instructions, as long as you are okay with using the binary arm libs
checked in.

If you want to build SQLCipher from scratch, that is a bit more involved
and requires the NDK. You can find the project here:

Hans has created a great build process, but we are still tuning it and
documenting it. However, feel free to poke around.
