[guardian-dev] [guardianproject/Gibberbot] d77a83: adding new libs

I'm concerned that the asmack "build environment" doesn't give a
repeatable build, because it retrieves the HEAD of a bunch of
third-party repositories.  There doesn't seem to be a way to validate or
repeatably build the asmack-jse.jar from the lib directory.

Does the new build process create repeatable builds?
