I guess the question is which of these do we need to port natively, vs.
using what is part of busybox, which already has been ported and is part
of common distros such as Cyanogen?

I had specifically asked for tcptraceroute b/c I could not find it for
ARM/Android anywhere else. I am sure there are other utils like that
which we could make available.
