[guardian-dev] finally some progress: gnupg-for-android

Well, actually gnupg-for-java, which we are using in gnupg-for-android.
 Since debugging on Android is a bit of a nightmare once there is native
code involved, I started working on my laptop with the JNI wrapper to
gpgme called gnupg-for-java.  I now have some of the tests working, so
once its nailed down on my laptop, it should be pretty easy to get going
on Android.

If anyone is looking to use GnuPG in any Java app, this can be used for
that as well.
