[guardian-dev] new android-bash-completion package

I just improved the bash completion for Android SDK/NDK tools 'emulator'
and added 'ndk-build' and 'ndk-gdb'.  You can get Debian/Ubuntu/Mint
packages from our PPA:

https://launchpad.net/~guardianproject/+archive/ppa

Two nice examples:

With multiple emulators/devices running, you can easily choose between them:

  adb -s [Tab] and see the list of available ones

Or easily choose an AVD to launch:

  emulator -avd [Tab]

Most of the Android SDK and NDK command line tools have some level of
completion now.  Try hitting Tab a lot and see what you find!
