[guardian-dev] Lil' Debi update: complete builds from source

I just updated Lil' Debi, the Debian chroot installer and manager for Android.  It now includes gpgv and the Debian keyring so it can verify all of the packages that it downloads and installs.  It also includes its own busybox to provide all of the core UNIX utilities it needs.  Believe it or not, some Android phones don't include cp or mv even, let alone other utilities.  This should make the install process work on a lot more devices. In the hopes of getting it into the F-Droid repo, the entire app is now built from source on each build, including busybox, debootstrap, etc.
