Hey Abel,

You mentioned in IRC that you have an ffmpeg build for Android that
works for the whole mp4 -> mpeg -> mp4 concat/conversion cycle.  Which
one is it?  When you run it, it will print out its ./configure flags,
post those here, and we can include them in the android-ffmpeg build.
