[guardian-dev] Wiki Gardening

I've done a fair amount of wiki anti-spam control.  The best system I've found
is quite simple:

* create accounts manually for team members (we probably already have them)
* create a public account/password and post it to the login page
* require logins to edit

Then random people who want to edit just use the un/pw that's written out on
the login page, and the rest of us use our own.
