SuperUser and CyanogenMod are working towards requiring this new permission: android.permission.ACCESS_SUPERUSER It sounds like a good idea for how to apply the Android security model to root access. CM 10.1 already has the option to only allow root access to apps that declare that permission. I think we should add it to all of our apps that can use root permission.
Anyone know of any reason not to do this?
