Can you register two clients and have one call the other. In
CSipSimple, click the info button while the call is connected. What
does it say about bandwidth? You should see some information about
bits per second. Do the same thing for the other client. The bandwidth
should be about the same on both sides. They also should have the same
codec.

I'm beginning to think this might be a codec problem. Can you set both
client to use 8k speex?
