The issue is that if the buddy and the server don't support XEP-0184 /
XEP-0198 (respectively), and most don't, ChatSecure's reliability
features go unused.
We could do something clever with a ping after each outgoing message,
but that only helps on outgoing.
We could try to push for XEP-0184 to be adopted by Pidgin / Adium.
Perhaps some kind of branded initiative - like the A.W.E.S.O.M.E.
initiative we had in 2012?
