[guardian-dev] NDK and threads

I'm assuming that you're referencing this in regards to IOCipher.

My first thought was that if all threads in Android are Linux threads, that means we won't need to do anything at all to support threading because the pthread_key_t stuff will handle it for us :)

I think we just need to sort out the sqlfs stuff.
