[guardian-dev] file handling in notecipher

Ok, I finally understand one bit:  you can only attach files as a note via a
Share intent, i.e. in the Gallery app, share an image to NoteCipher.  I was
looking for a way to attach a file to an existing note within the NoteCipher UI.
