ChatSecure for Android (aka gibberbot v12) alpha 2 now up:

It is also best to clear out your current install as well, as we are
still working out the kinks in SQLCipher support.

Also, since it is not very clear currently, the *first* screen you will
see after a clean install is the local encryption password/phrase setup
screen. This for the local SQLCipher encryption of your account data,
chats, etc.
