We're starting to get a bunch of requests for help on different apps. Might
it be time for a better customer support service than direct email response?
I've been looking into the options and basically trying to see if there's
an open source version of https://www.uservoice.com/, which would cost us
around $500/month
It seems http://www.useresponse.com/ might be the best option. First year
free and we get the code. Then $100/year.
Other less open options include https://userecho.com/pricing/ $59/month
There's the open source VoxPopuli, but it doesnt seem in active development
https://www.eldos.com/vp/index.php
Ideally, I'd love to see something that connects directly to redmine as a
friendly interface.
Lots of this via
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1154967/customer-feedback-alternative-to-uservoice
Best,
Mark
