I just push a bunch more fixes and this Lil' Debi build is looking a lot more
polished. Here's a quick summary of new features and bug fixes:

- default to ext4/ext3 for new installs, based on device support

- auto-detect filesystem (stop forcing ext2)

- include e2fsck, many phones do not have it (!!!)

- fix loop device conflicts

- stop startup if mount fails during start

- new preference: enable SHA1 check of debian.img

- tweaks to shrink min image size (about 200MB)

- included scripts are now editable

- "app_bin" renamed on upgrade, not deleted

- minor additions to support Android 4.2 Jelly Bean

- lots of other small bug fixes

There are new automatic test builds that are built on a trusted server. The
test builds are not produced like our normal "full paranoid" release builds,
but it is reasonably secure.
