[guardian-dev] otr4j work session this Tuesday in SF, CA

You'll be in SF? Or on the internet?  The day will be focused on getting the
otr4j file transfer stuff integrated into Gibberbot. This is based on the
OTRv3 "extra data" field.  Is this related to voice?
