Seems that Mozilla has released a dev phone for FirefoxOS: the Geeksphone Keon:

I have to admit, I have been quite skeptical of FirefoxOS, but upon hearing
more about their approach, I am very happy that they are pushing privacy as
something that's built into the phone.
