That is a key issue, and definitely something we would love to support
more investigation in.

We are at important turning point with user adoption of our tools, and
the more input we have to better communicate their value to users, or
find the touch point that makes them decide to use them, the better.

I have plenty of users at high risk that we can connect you with to
interview, many of them who I have told to use Gibberbot to many times,
but still do not.
