[guardian-dev] File transfer in cryptocat

Yeah as far as I know, BOSH is necessary with Strophe.js which is used
the library used. I've been using a local punjab instance to forward
to any normal XMPP server.

I understand that TCP would provide less jitter/latency but that BOSH
generally has a lot of other advantages. One argument:
