Our partner company Zetetic, original creators of SQLCipher on many
platforms, has recently brought their app Strip to Android. It is by
default a password manager, but is flexible enough to store and search
any sort of contact or account data.

It is not 100% open-source, but based on great open-source security
code (SQLCipher for Android!), and has some very handy features for
securely syncing between multiple devices.
