[guardian-dev] keysync AUR Archlinux Package

Hi,
I made a "keysync" AUR package for the Archlinux distro
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/keysync/

When it reaches 10 votes we (Archlinux Trusted Users) can migrate it
from the AUR (unsupported) repo to the community one.

I had to include a patch (workaround) for Bug #2345
(https://dev.guardianproject.info/issues/2345), or keysync-gui doesn't
start.
