[guardian-dev] Afternoon read, Highlights from Berlin CirTech Conference

So let's come up with a name, then we can set up a project on our redmine, and
use the associated wiki, etc.  If we need a git repo, that can also easily be
added.

We could go generic and call it "ThreatModelling".  Or go Colbert, and call it
Threatdown.  Or metaphoric with Threadbare...
