  It's not totally clear how secret orders would be impacted by this,
because there's never been a test case.  To my knowledge, no one has
been prosecuted for NSL civil disobedience.  If someone were to send
such an order to me, I personally would not have a problem with
violating it, but other people have families that depend on them.  Which
I'm sure is used to chilling effect.

  My suspicion is that to make any sort of move like this would be to
violate the gag order, but posting something like this on your website
might increase user trust and emphasize that you're not an easy target.
