Yes, i2p2.de. It practically *is* a hidden service network. It was designed
from the start to anonymously route traffic internally (no official
outproxy support). It's key-based addresses looks like [checksum of public
key in base32].b32.i2p, and it's "'DNS" is text files mapping readable
domain names to b32.i2p addresses.

It has more reliable performance as well.
