[guardian-dev] OSTN fork of CSipSimple

Check out the patch contents. It's not really doing much more than
removing some default configuraiton and changing icons. If you wish to
make significant code changes it's a much larger undertaking. GP no
longer supports the fork and I deleted the patch from git last night.
