Yes, we'd love to support other cloud platforms! The fdroidserver tools use
Apache libcloud, so it already supports a lot cloud services. The reason why
we started with Amazon S3 is that Adam from psiphon contributed the code to
make it work. I have basically no experience with cloud services, but I'm
happy to help anyone who wants to add support to other cloud services!
