[guardian-dev] [Fwd: [k-9-dev] OpenPGP Provider API 2]

There is no real changelog, because most things were rewritten. I have
tried to explain the main objectives in the pull request
https://github.com/k9mail/k-9/pull/457

I know of Abel's https://github.com/abeluck/android-streams-ipc and use
the method from Test 1.
