[guardian-dev] Using an specific keyserver with GnuPg for Android

You can set the keyserver in the Android settings, but that won't apply to the
command line tools, only the "Find Keys" tab in the app itself.
I've never tried anything using LDAP, it might not work. I believe that
OpenLDAP is still included in the app.
