ChatSecure v14.0.7 BETA 2 update

While a number of important fixes for core connectivity and stability
have been the focus of this release, we took the time to also take our
first shot at supporting the new Material design look and feel. This
mostly was done by using the latest appcompat v21 library.

We will be pushing this out to Google Play today and FDroid repos
shortly. Otherwise, APK below for testing!

* Connection management improvements
