[guardian-dev] SQLite 3.8.7 is 50% faster than 3.7.17

Should directly apply. Zetetic is in the process of updating SQLCipher to be
based on SQLite 3.8.7.  I think the next release (3.2) is supposed to be based
on 3.8.7.
