[guardian-dev] Docker + Weave

Docker is cool, though ostel.co does not run using Docker. I was
throwing the idea around but the networking layer was too complicated
for the returns so I decided against it.

I've been experimenting with coreos on openhosting infrastructure. It
looks promising. The concept is that all applications run in a container
automatically and are centrally managed via a configuration facility
called etcd.

I'll check out Weave, though as with any VoIP application, the added
latency of anonymity networks is typically prohibitive until the laws of
physics are mutable.
