[guardian-dev] orfox release and the Android support libs

I didn't manage to get a release build of Orfox built with the panic
stuff. I think it was because of the way that Orfox/Fennec includes the
Android Support library. It includes it via
$ANDROID_HOME/extras/android/support, which the `android update sdk`
tool will always update to the latest version of the library.
Instead, the build should get the library from the m2repository, which
includes all releases. That allows the Orfox/Fennec build to specify
the version of the support libraries that it actually works with, for
example:
$ANDROID_HOME/extras/android/m2repository/com/android/support/support-v4/22.2.1/
