I was waiting for some code from somebody to solve the DNS issue, which
is our primary delay.

Otherwise, we do have code that works for both Android 4 and Android 5
VPN model, though 5.0 is much better, as we can allow you to
specifically set which apps should use the VPN.

Right now, here is what is going on with Orbot v15:

- refactor of TorService class/package into a cleaner lib project
- porting of Obfs4proxy and Meek obfsproxy/PT's into Android
- implementation of VPN support, deprecation of root

TImeline right now is March/April for an RC.
