[guardian-dev] Google Photos continues to upload photos even if uninstalled

It looks like Google Play Services will upload your photos to their servers
even if you uninstall Google Photos, and its by design.  Another reason for
secure camera/gallery apps like CameraV: to ensure that private photos and
videos stay private.
