[guardian-dev] Prerequisites for Chatsecure on rooted phones?

ChatSecure definitely does not use root, and I can't see how having a rooted
device would affect it either way. Orbot does use root if you tell it to, and
ChatSecure uses Orbot to provide Tor support.
