If you mean that you have Orbot requesting the
REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS permission and starting the
ACTION_REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS activity, bear in mind that
Google does not like people using those:
