Just looked here: http://en.flossmanuals.net/linphone/ch009_configuring/

I think you should add:

contact=sip:<yourusername>@ostel.co
sip_port=5061
media_encryption=zrtp
media_encryption_mandatory=0

maybe also play with:
sip_port=0
sip_tcp_port=0
sip_tls_port=5161

Otherwise, not sure. This isn't an app I spend a lot of time on these
days, so best to direct questions at the Linphone project.
