[guardian-dev] new netcipher for Orfox

Hey amoghbl1 and n8fr8,

We now have NetCipher supporting multiple HTTP libraries, so for Orfox,
I think it should cover all of the HTTP libraries in use in the
Firefox/Fennec code base (HttpURLConnection, ch.boye HttpClient, and
cz.msebera.android:httpclient).
