[guardian-dev] dependencies problem with notecipher

Thanks Hans,

I'm using android studio and I add the library as I usually do:

- add jar file into libs folder of the project

- File → Project Structure..., select |app| from the Modules section on 
the left pane, then click on the Dependencies tab. Press the + sign and 
add android-support-v4.jar

then gradle syncs and, usually, this is enough to use a new library.

Probably I'm missing some steps.
